Ballin and listening to Kimbra? Love that vibe.
Not gonna hold ya, “merry krampussy” is working for me.
Quite literally slay Mama???
One thing I’ve learned about life is anything can become extremely gay.
I’m humbled and thrilled to share that Selling Sunset, a show started back in 2019 when we were all different people, is one of those things that started out straight and is now extremely gay. I originally intended for this list to only have the top ten gayest moments, but there were truly SO MANY GAY MOMENTS that I struggled to limit the list even to 15 moments.
Some people might claim this is a show about luxury real estate in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, but we know better, don’t we?
Without further ado, I present to you the top ten gayest moments of Selling Sunset season seven.
this can’t be right
okay sure
exactly
???
Are you really sorry though Chrishell
ok Chelsea
nothing to see here
it’s giving Ring of Keys
What’s the context here? Who cares!
Not sure anyone says “switching me over” anymore but we’ll take it!
oh… honey…
This is my favorite iteration of Chrishell
I just… no comment
It needs to be mentioned that Emma inexplicably asked this question in a British accent
chaos ensues
totally weird!
what did she hear…
oh that’s what you heard
*This also includes all of the discussion of Chrishell and G Flip getting married in Vegas.
Selling Sunset season six came out a few weeks ago, and I’m humbled and thrilled to share that I have done my part for the cause, and compiled this (non-exhaustive) list of the gayest moment from a show that portends to be about real estate in the Los Angeles area, but really is about humanity as we know it. The pain. The drama. The obscene amounts of money. The escrow. The floaties. The closets. And most of all, now more than ever, the gay stuff.
Without further ado, I present to you the top ten gayest moments of Selling Sunset season six:
And finally… our winner… The gayest moment of Selling Sunset Season Six:
Did I miss any? I’m sure I did! Sound off in the comments!

Reality realtor Chrishell Stause of Selling Sunset fame and nonbinary Australian singer-songwriter-drummer G Flip are married! People dropped its exclusive announcement of the wedding late last night. The news comes almost exactly a year after the official announcement the love birds were an item last May.
A lot of other outlets are running with the whole “married after one year of dating,” and while it is indeed true G Flip and Chrishell haven’t been together super long — hell, they have only known each other for under two years — those splashy headlines aren’t quite as accurate as mine. You see, a lot of intrepid investigators who happened to be gay Selling Sunset fans had been picking up on social media clues Chrishell and G Flip were together well before they made their relationship official to the public. In fact, even I, someone who did not watch Selling Sunset but was merely a terminally online homosexual with an interest in age gap relationships (Chrishell is 41, and G Flip is 28), knew about these rumors before they entered the mainstream. It is, therefore, much more accurate to say their nuptials come a year after they hard launched their relationship to the press, what we might have called becoming “Facebook official” centuries ago. The couple celebrated their dating anniversary in March, not May.
Now that I’ve gotten that off my chest…it has indeed been an exciting rollercoaster of love for these two, who met at a Halloween party in 2021 when they were both still with their exes. One calendar year later, the two were in a relationship and also dressed as each other for Halloween. A relationship in which Halloween plays a very important role? That’s gay.
According to an interview in Vogue Australia, Chrishell and G Flip kissed for the first time in February 2022, immediately after which Chrishell apologized for being straight. But the experience led her to rethink dating and attraction, and she eventually opened herself up to dating G Flip. Then the two participated in the time-honored queer tradition of a long-distance relationship, with Chrishell based in Los Angeles and G Flip in Australia. They both appeared together as themselves in the series finale of The L Word: Generation Q. Listen, if you show up together to Bette and Tina’s gay wedding, you’re probably gonna get married yourself. Those are the rules.
The Instagram post Chrishell made to announce getting married to G Flip is wildly sweet. A video replays little snippets from throughout their relationship, including the aforementioned identity-swap Halloween moment. In the caption, she writes: “Love doesn’t always go as planned…Sometimes it’s immeasurably better.” OKAY, THAT’S LIKE THE BEST ONE-SENTENCE WEDDING VOW I’VE EVER HEARD?
The comment then transitions into Chrishell plugging G Flip’s new single “Be Your Man,” and that, my friends, is a top-tier wifey move! Promoting your boo’s art at the same time as announcing your marriage? We love a supportive wife!!!!! Indeed, even the beginning of the caption is a bit of a reference to the song, which G Flip wrote for Chrishell and includes the lyrics: “I’m not what you planned / But I’ll be your man.”
This is the first song G Flip wrote about their relationship with Chrishell, but Chrishell also appeared in their music video for “GET ME OUTTA HERE” — a video that made convenience stores very hot and gay, something I’ve long known to be true.
They’re both clearly supportive of each other’s work, with G Flip set to appear in the new season of Selling Sunset, which drops May 19 on Netflix. The teaser for the new season includes Chrishell saying the ultimate coming-out-late-in-life mic drop: “I know people think I’m having a midlife crisis…but I’m having an awakening.”
I’m genuinely happy for these two!

Two legends meeting for the first time….brings a tear to my very eye!
It was only about five months ago that I wrote to you to share the incredible news that Chrishell Stause, the darling of Netflix’s Selling Sunset, was dating nonbinary Australian musician G Flip. In case all of this sounds like jibberish, all you need to know is that Chrishell stars in one of Netflix’s hottest reality TV shows, Selling Sunset, in which the definition of “excess” is expanded to truly unimaginable heights! And G Flip is an Australian singer and drummer, most renowned for their song “GAY 4 U”. The two met earlier this year when Chrishell appeared in G Flip’s music video “GET ME OUTTA HERE” — and have been an item pretty much ever since!
Now, a mere 183 days later, I write to you with more news.
No, they didn’t break up. No, they didn’t get engaged. It’s much bigger than either of those things.
THEY DRESSED UP AS EACH OTHER FOR HALLOWEEN!!!
When I first was alerted to the existence of these pictures, I gasped! Because first and foremost, they both look so good!?? And second and second most, the degree of accuracy in these costumes — down to the make-up and accessories — is truly impressive. I mean G Flip ringing the Selling Sunset bell with an ear-to-ear grin is literally Chrishell to a t.
But ngl, there is something kind of like, amazingly joyful and kind of subversive about all this. When Chrishell started dating G Flip, she showed the world — including, I can only presume, many straight people that watch Selling Sunset — that anyone can be queer. We are among you! We are out there! We’re even in the most ludicrous, seemingly straight reality TV shows about extremely rich people with extremely huge closets!!
And now Chrishell and G Flip have partaken in the time honored tradition of doing the gayest thing imaginable — dressing as each other. What better way to embody genderfuckery than to dress up as your loved one, who presents so differently than you do, and for both of you to actually freaking ROCK THE LOOK??
From your unofficial official reporter always on the hunt for gay shit concealed conspicuously or inconspicuously within a reality TV show about houses that look like monochromatic cubes but cost several millions of dollars — Happy Halloween!
Yesterday, we published an article about Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause appearing in G Flip’s new music video for “GET ME OUTTA HERE” (the collab that started the relationship heard round the world).
A few hours later, a big, corporate-backed media company published an article under the exact same title — the only change being that the words “Chrishell Stause” and “G Flip” had been switched. This happens sometimes, because describing a music video isn’t proprietary.
But the frustrating consequence is that because they are a larger, big named publication, Google favored their title — even though ours was first by hours — and it moved us from the first place SEO, down to not even ranking on the first page anymore. What a bummer!
Moments like this really hit home how hard it is to keep independent media alive — we get overpowered even when we do literally everything right. At the end of the day, we’re only here because of readers that believe queer stories — yes, even those about extremely mindless reality TV shows — should exist and be written about by queer people who get it. So if this title mirroring kerfuffle inspires you to join our A+ membership program (which starts at only $4/month), we’d be extremely grateful!
We are not one to wallow in self-pity. Nay, we used this opportunity to turn lemons into lemonade. And when I say that, what I really mean is we used this as an impetus/excuse to make titles so outlandish that no one would EVER have the exact same one. And because we love you so much, we’re sharing those titles with you, straight from our Slack channel.

Late last week, the world wide web learned that Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause and nonbinary Australian musician G Flip were an item. By now, it’s a classic story. You know that whole thing when you’re a musician, you’re making a music video, you watch some of Netflix’s arguably most unhinged reality show, you tap Chrishell Stause of said reality show to be in your music video, and now you’re dating and the world is watching? That’s just how it goes! A tale as old as time, really! Needless to say, we’ve all been waiting with bated breath for the music video at the center of all this — G Flip’s new music video “GET ME OUTTA HERE” — to drop. Luckily for us, mere days after the relationship’s announcement, we got this gift:
https://www.instagram.com/p/CdROYQ1vuMO/
Yes, according to my eyes and this instantly historical Instagram, Chrishell gave G Flip this eponymous tattoo. It’s all feeling very gay.
But as of today, the music video is out. And I, a person who had never heard of G Flip before last Friday, have been tasked with reviewing it. In preparation, I watched the teaser which G Flip shared on their Instagram, and my anticipatory review thus far is succinct and powerful:
“HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
So, what did I think when I watched the actual video?
Here are my real-time, unedited, hot-off-the-press notes while watching the “Get Me Outta Here” video:
Here are some Very Important shots from the “Get Me Outta Here” video:
In conclusion, I completely understand how and why they started dating immediately after filming this video. It actually would have been illegal for them not to. See for yourself:
Netflix’s Selling Sunset is a portal into a world of glitz, glam, and most recently, girl boss vegan empanadas. It’s an opportunity to do what I do best: imagine I’m rich and tall while screaming “WE’RE IN ESCROW!!” and “WE NEED THE COMPS!!” across the apartment to my girlfriend. But speaking of my girlfriend, perhaps the most epic moment of the season came today, on May 6 in the year two thousand and twenty-two, when fan favorite Chrishell Stause confirmed that she is dating nonbinary Australian musician G Flip, famous for making lots of music, but namely a song called GAY 4 ME!!!
Those of us who were understandably paying EXTREMELY close attention to Chrishell’s Instagram activity have been curious about this situation for some time. Exhibits A-C:
“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that somebody’s very important to me,” Chrishell told host Tan France near the end of the Selling Sunset reunion on Netflix. “Their name is G-Flip, they’re nonbinary so they go by they/them and they are an extremely talented musician and it started because I was just gonna be in their video.” Furthermore, she asserted that G-Flip is a “rock star” who is “living a rock star life.”
When Tan asked why she’d been hesitant to be open about her relationship, she told him: “I think I was probably as surprised as anyone. Nothing’s really changed for me, I’m still really attracted to masculine energy and a good human. I hear people talk about these things and they’re like I knew from a young age. But that’s not me. I’m just — I’m very open to good energy. I don’t know what my future holds, but it is a complicated issue to talk about. Even now I’m nervous… but at the end of the day, I’m so happy and so if that angers someone, then that’s not really my problem.”
Tan then declares that it’s 2022 and she can date whoever she wants! Thank you Tan.
In Season Five of Selling Sunset, the highs were high (a lot of these mansions in LA appear to be on large stilts, which are themselves on large hills) and the lows were low (discussions of whomst is bullying whomst were had). Chrishell spent most of Season Five dating Jason Oppenheim, which was full of drama since he is one of the founders of Selling Sunset’s titular real estate brokerage, The Oppenheim Group. (It was also dramatic because it meant that we watched Chrishell, more than once, rub his bald head.) But they called it quits at the end of the season — apparently opening the door for Chrishell to look to gayer pastures!
Honestly, we are very happy for Chrishell. What does this mean for intriguingly alliterative Selling Sunset Season Six, a.k.a. The Sapphic Season of Scissoring? Who knows!! No matter what, we’re excited. Can’t you just picture it: Chrishell dishing to Emma about her hot gay sex, over a porcelain plate of vegan empanadas in a 10 million dollar house in a neighborhood I’ve never heard of. I, for one, cannot wait.
