If you loved Kate Nash‘s 2007 debut album, Made of Bricks, you’re probably anxiously awaiting her second album, My Best Friend Is You, coming out April 20th. In addition to her Lilith Fair dates, she has announced a short tour of North America. She’ll play 9 shows at small club venues, so better nab those tickets early. JUSTIN BIEBER ON QVC
Let me be clear — I don’t care about Justin Bieber. But when I heard he performed on QVC (aka the home shopping network), I had to include it in the Fix as to publicize his lameness. Am I a hater? If we’re talking Justin Bieber, yes I am. I admit, Lesbians Who Look Like Justin Bieber is the silver lining of this mysterious international obsession.

NEW MGMT
This past week, MGMT released a song from their upcoming album Congratulations. It’s called “Flash Delirium.” In an interview with Rolling Stone, Andrew VanWyngarden said, “Some will love it, some will hate it. We want to freak people out.” You can download a free mp3 of the song at Who Is MGMT?
TEGAN & SARA WITH PARAMORE
Pop-punk band Paramore will be joining Tegan & Sara on the 2010 Honda Civic Tour. Specific dates are not yet available, though Paramore announced the tour kicks off on July 23rd. Keep your eye out for tickets!

Saddle Creek is reissuing 2004’s One Jug of Wine, Two Vessels EP, a collaboration between Bright Eyes and Neva Denova, on March 24th. Why get excited? The reissue will feature 4 new bonus tracks. You can listen to a sneak preview of one of the tracks over at Pitchfork.

BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG AND BISEXUALITY
Crystal thinks everyone should read Out.com’s awesome interview with Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong. Armstrong and Tony Award-winning director Michael Mayer talk about the homoerotic themes in the American Idiot Broadway rock opera, which starts a new season this April at the St James Theatre (NYC). Armstrong also opens up about his own bisexuality – “There was a lot of queerness in the punk rock scene in that time, from Bikini Kill to Pansy Division. It was just in the air. Nicky Minaj and her army of hot pink wig-wearing Harajuku Barbies recently shot the Hype Williams-directed music video for “Massive Attack,” the first single from her debut album. Rap-Up.com has a sneak peek of the military-themed clip which allegedly includes a helicopter chase and cameo from Amber Rose. Check it out here.
